Thomas Patrick Homes is a home building and remodeling contractor located in Oak Park, Illinois. We were founded in 2004 by our president, Tom Sundling, with the goal of providing residential construction solutions for customers that live in Chicagoland’s historic homes and neighborhoods.

On each and every project Tom brings the creativeness of an architect, the eye of a craftsman, and the knowledge of an engineer. This philosophy has been infused into the entire Thomas Patrick team. We pride ourselves on being able to tackle the most challenging projects through a professional, client driven, and detailed business approach.
